Spiritual Awareness

- A willingness to exercise the leadership muscle
- A leader people want to follow and willingly do it
- A capacity to lead change – able to develop a team to help lead it

- Can capture and cast vision of where God wants us to go
- A compassion for people that makes them “feel loved”

Exemplify Passion for Evangelism

- “Make disciples” – say it and show it!
- Contagious Christianity starts with the pastor-leader
- Model evangelism in a way that others can imitate

Realistic Opportunist

- Ability to see, size and seize an opportunity
- Discerns what must be done in the midst of all that can be done
